Prof. Rainer Woitas has been Medical Director of Diaverum Germany since 2018.
Together with the management team at the Munich headquarters and the management teams of the 8 German MVZ, he is responsible for the strategic orientation and further development of Diaverum in Germany, the expansion of the network and ensuring the best medical and nursing standards for our patients.
After completing his medical studies and further scientific immunological and specialist qualification at the Universities of Freiburg, Nuremberg Erlangen and Bonn, he has acquired a wide range of experience in nephrology, transplantation and intensive care medicine as well as service and resource management during his approximately 30 years of professional practice.
RW is a member of various specialist associations and lecturer of the Medical Faculty of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
